What we build for schools.
Planned works make up most of our education work: nursery and classroom conversions, school office alterations, washroom and changing block refurbishments, stud partitions, suspended ceilings, fire doors, LVT flooring, staff kitchens, roofing and rainwater repairs, and external works to playgrounds, fencing and access routes.
Alongside that we carry out responsive repairs during term time — the leaking flat roof, the failed door closer, the damaged ceiling. Attended, made safe, and either fixed or secured pending a proper repair, with the area screened and cleared before pupils return to it.

A programme of works for a Knowsley primary school: a new nursery formed inside the existing building in summer 2025, the school office enlarged in February 2026, then further office, washroom and external works over the Easter 2026 holiday. Every stage was delivered inside school holiday periods.

A new servery hatch and opening formed into the school office, a refurbished washroom, new storage shelving, and ground clearance, groundworks and fencing outside — all completed over the Easter holiday.

How we work
Programmed, not squeezed in.
Each programme is quoted section by section against your specification or condition survey, so a business manager can take it to governors without having to interpret it first. Where a scheme has to be phased across more than one holiday period, the phasing is set out in the quotation rather than discovered halfway through.
Where the school stays open — as it did during the Malvern office works — the work is sequenced and screened so the building keeps operating, and every area is handed back clean.
